This website describes Wyns Technology, our products, services and contact options. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, copy content for misleading purposes or use the website for unlawful activity.

Our services may include business websites, ecommerce platforms, mobile and desktop applications, ERP systems, admin dashboards, hosting, business email, live notifications, security, UI and UX design, consultation, maintenance and support.

Each engagement should have an agreed scope, feature list, timeline, payment schedule and delivery expectation. Client approvals, change requests, integrations, content revisions or delays in supplying materials may affect timing and cost.

A signed proposal, quotation, invoice, service agreement or statement of work may contain additional terms. If there is a conflict, the signed project document applies to that project.

Clients are responsible for accurate requirements, brand materials, lawful content, timely approvals, access credentials and permissions required for the project. Supplied text, media, trademarks, product data and records must be lawful to use.

Payment terms appear in the relevant quotation or invoice. Work may pause when required payments are delayed. Domains, hosting, email, certificates, app store fees, third-party subscriptions, APIs and maintenance may renew monthly or annually and may change with provider pricing or currency movement.

Projects may rely on hosting providers, registrars, managed PostgreSQL databases, object storage, authentication services, payment gateways, analytics, messaging services, app stores and cloud platforms. Wyns Technology is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account decisions, data practices or pricing controlled by those providers.

Mobile and web releases may also be affected by operating-system requirements, browser behavior, app-store review, device capabilities and provider-supported versions. Compatibility work outside the agreed support range may require a separate update or quotation.

The project scope should identify who owns production accounts, domains, application listings, database projects and service subscriptions. Clients are responsible for keeping ownership and billing details current unless a managed service agreement states otherwise.

Development and test environments may use sample, anonymised or client-approved data. Clients should not provide live personal, financial or confidential records for testing unless their use and protection have been expressly agreed.

After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to final deliverables described in the project scope. Pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, libraries, know-how, open-source packages and third-party assets remain subject to their original ownership and licences.

Clients must not use our services for malware, spam, fraud, unlawful products, infringing material, abusive communication or activity that may harm users, systems or third-party networks.

Support depends on the selected plan. Maintenance may include fixes, database and storage review, backups, security rules, dependency and operating-system updates, hosting support, monitoring or minor improvements. New features, major design changes, integrations or urgent out-of-scope work may require a separate quotation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wyns Technology is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, third-party platform failure, incidents outside our reasonable control or delays caused by client approvals and provider outages.

We may update these terms when our services, providers, market conditions or legal requirements change. The latest version will appear on this page with its revision date.
